Functional Description
The XTKB-100A/B switch status indicator is a new type of multifunctional automatic device with simulated dynamic indication, specifically designed by our company for power switchgear switches. It integrates multiple functions such as primary circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding switch position, spring storage chamber status, high-voltage live paper, high-voltage live lock, and temperature control. The indication function can be divided or combined, and it adopts panel installation. When selecting, users only need to provide a primary scheme diagram. This product is designed with an integrated layout to match the switchgear, greatly simplifying the structural design of the switchgear and beautifying the panel layout.
Main functions
This product provides display and control functions for temperature, humidity, and other parameters. It can also be paired with relevant operation control circuits and various anti-misoperation electromagnetic locks to achieve forced locking of switchgear handles and prevent misoperation of protective doors. It prevents the live opening and closing of grounding switches (disconnectors), prevents unauthorized access to live compartments, and enhances the safety and anti-misoperation performance of electrical switchgear. It features five-prevention functions. When paired with high-voltage live sensors of corresponding voltage levels, the device can be applied to the live indication of various indoor high-voltage equipment. The “locked, unlocked” green light is on for the electrical locking status of high-voltage equipment, indicating that operation is allowed.
