The CH3-10Q/270 (230) 4000A medium-voltage switchgear contact box adopts an epoxy resin APG pressure gel molding structure. It is a special ultra-high current insulation connection device for medium-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used in 10KV-12KV level handcart-type switchgear, playing the role of insulation isolation and connection transition. It can provide effective insulation protection for the contacts inside the switchgear, adapt to power scenarios with ultra-high current transmission, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.

III. Scope of Application
This contact box is suitable for 10KV-12KV level handcart-type medium-voltage switchgear. It is commonly used in power facilities that require ultra-high current transmission, such as large power distribution systems, industrial substations, large industrial and mining enterprise power distribution systems, large hydropower stations, and power dispatch centers. As an insulation protection and connection transition component for the internal contacts of the switchgear, it provides reliable insulation protection for the switching and isolation of high-voltage circuits and is suitable for ultra-high current power transmission requirements.
IV. Usage Conditions
1. The altitude at which the installation is performed must not exceed 1000 meters;
2. The ambient air temperature is -5℃ to +40℃, and the relative humidity at 25℃ does not exceed 95%.
3. The installation site should be free from gases, vapors, dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that could seriously affect the insulation performance of the contact box;
4. It should be installed in a location free from severe vibration and impact to ensure the structural stability of the product;
5. Suitable for indoor installation and compatible with double-branch installation.
