II. Product Characteristics
1. Electrical and grounding performance
- The main body is integrally injection molded from high-purity EPDM ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber , with no seams or air gaps, excellent insulation performance, and can withstand the rated voltage of a 15kV system and short-time overvoltage, meeting the operating requirements of a 10kV system with a maximum operating voltage of 17.5kV, and has sufficient insulation margin.
- With built-in copper conductive contacts and a dedicated grounding cable, it has excellent conductivity, can effectively carry fault current, achieve reliable grounding, has low grounding resistance, and can quickly release residual charge and fault current in the line.
- The cable is made of flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable, which has excellent insulation performance, high mechanical strength, can withstand frequent bending and pulling, and has no risk of aging or cracking during long-term operation.
- The fully sealed structure design and IP67 protection rating prevent moisture and dust intrusion, avoiding performance degradation caused by moisture and dirt accumulation in the grounding circuit.
2. Structural and Safety Features
- The fully insulated, touchable structure has high outer insulation strength, allowing direct contact with the outer casing during operation without the risk of electric shock and eliminating the safety hazards of accidental contact with live interfaces.
- The elbow-type interface is standardized and compatible with 15kV 200A standard bushing socket interfaces. It can be interchanged with elbow-type cable joints and bushing joints of the same specifications, making installation convenient and requiring no additional wiring.

- The design prevents mis-insertion, with a unique interface size that can only be used with interfaces of the corresponding specifications, eliminating the risk of incorrect installation or connection.
3. Environmental and Weather Resistance
- With excellent weather resistance, it can adapt to a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +90℃. The elasticity of the rubber and the insulation performance of the cable do not decrease under high and low temperatures, and there is no risk of cracking or embrittlement. It is suitable for various outdoor and indoor scenarios.
- It is moisture-proof, waterproof, stain-proof, and salt spray-proof, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as underground, damp, and dusty conditions, and is not afraid of rain or condensation.
- It is resistant to aging, ultraviolet rays, and ozone corrosion, with a service life of over 20 years. It requires no maintenance and reduces subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
4. Mechanical and Adaptation Characteristics
- It has high mechanical strength, is impact and vibration resistant, and can withstand mechanical stress during transportation, installation and operation without deformation or damage risk. Its seismic resistance level reaches level 8.
- It is compatible with 15kV 200A standard bushing socket interfaces and can be directly installed on the equipment bushings of ring main units, prefabricated substations, and cable branch boxes without the need for additional adapters.
- The grounding cable length can be customized to suit different installation space requirements, making it highly versatile.
