I. Product Overview

The BZ7-35 Corner Plate is an insulation component designed specifically for 35kV high-voltage switchgear . It is compatible with ABB standard cabinet structures (180mm width) and is molded using epoxy resin APG process. It is mainly used to fix contact boxes, optimize electrical clearances in busbar compartments, and ensure the insulation safety and mechanical stability of high-voltage equipment.

IV. Scope of Application

• It can be used for insulation modification and component replacement of other brands of high-voltage switchgear with the same voltage level and structure.

• Altitude: ≤1000m (high-altitude type can be customized up to ≤4000m)
• Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +40℃, daily average temperature ≤35℃
• Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90% (at 25℃)
• Locations free from severe vibration, impact, and significant tilt.
• An environment free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.
• Indoor environment free from significant condensation, salt spray, and dust pollution

(II) Installation Requirements

1. Before installation, inspect the product’s appearance to ensure there are no defects such as cracks, damage, or bubbles.
2. Position the switchgear strictly according to the requirements of the drawings, use matching bolts for tightening, and ensure that the torque meets the electrical equipment installation specifications.
3. After installation, the fit between the contact box and the bend plate must be verified to ensure that there is no looseness or misalignment.
4. Installation, disassembly, or maintenance operations are strictly prohibited while the circuit is energized.
5. During transportation and storage, avoid collisions and exposure to sunlight, keep the container dry and well-ventilated to prevent a decline in insulation performance.

VI. Precautions

1. This product is an insulating component and must not come into contact with corrosive substances such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
2. Avoid excessive hammering or bending during installation to prevent the epoxy resin from cracking.
3. If any abnormalities such as surface creep, cracking, or discoloration are found during operation, power should be cut off immediately and the device replaced.
4. The product must be used in conjunction with contact boxes and insulators of the same voltage level and specifications, and different models of components must not be mixed.
5. Waste products should be disposed of in accordance with the environmental protection requirements for power equipment, and should not be discarded at will.
