Applicable voltage class: Indoor medium-voltage power distribution systems at 10 kV (12 kV) and below.
Applicable equipment types:
Armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (KYN28, KYN61, etc.);
Ring main units, pad-mounted substations (box-type substations), and gas-insulated switchgear;
High-voltage distribution cabinets, busbar bridges, disconnecting switches, earthing switches, and other power equipment.
Applicable installations: Indoor substations, distribution rooms, industrial and mining enterprise distribution facilities, and renewable energy power station (photovoltaic, wind power) distribution systems.

Installation site: Indoor, free of severe vibration and shock, heavy pollution, corrosive gases, and flammable or explosive substances.
Installation orientation: Vertical mounting (allowable deviation ≤5°).

設置と保守
インストール要件
Before installation, inspect the product for cracks, damage, voids, and deformation, and verify that inserts are secure.
Following switchgear design drawings, use appropriately sized bolts (M8/M10) to mount the insulator vertically at the designated location; bolt torque shall conform to design requirements (recommended: 8–12 N·m).
Avoid striking or impacting the insulator during installation to prevent damage to the sheds or body.
Ensure reliable electrical connections at both ends of the insulator with adequate contact and no loose connections.
保守要件
Routine inspection: Check the insulator surface for dust accumulation, moisture, discharge marks, cracks, and damage.
Cleaning: Wipe surface contamination with a dry soft cloth; the use of organic solvents or corrosive cleaning agents is strictly prohibited.
Periodic testing: Conduct insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage measurements in conjunction with switchgear preventive testing to verify performance compliance.
Replacement: If cracks, damage, or discharge/arcing defects are identified, the insulator shall be replaced immediately after de-energization.

包装、輸送、保管
Packaging: Products are individually packaged in carton boxes with foam cushioning to prevent collision damage during transit.
Transportation: Protect from rain, direct sunlight, and severe vibration during transport; throwing and stacking under heavy loads is strictly prohibited.
Storage: Store in dry, well-ventilated indoor facilities free of corrosive gases, away from ignition and heat sources; stacking height shall not exceed 1.5 m to prevent long-term deformation under load.

This product is manufactured strictly in accordance with national and industry standards. Each unit undergoes comprehensive electrical and mechanical performance testing prior to shipment, and product quality conforms to GB/T 20622-2006 and other applicable standards. A quality warranty period of 18 months from the date of shipment is provided. Under normal operating conditions, any product quality defects will be remedied by free repair or replacement.
