I. Product Overview
an epoxy resin insulating partition designed specifically for 35kV high-voltage switchgear. BZ11-35 Highland Type 77 Bend Plate is mainly used inside medium-voltage switchgear such as KYN61, and is used in conjunction with the contact box to achieve phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground insulation isolation and electric field optimization. It is particularly suitable for the operating environment of power equipment in high-altitude areas.

III. Product Characteristics
- High-altitude adaptability design : Optimized creepage distance and insulation structure enable stable operation in high-altitude areas up to 4000m, effectively addressing the impact of low air pressure, strong ultraviolet radiation, and other environmental factors on insulation performance.
- High insulation performance : Made of high-quality epoxy resin integral casting, it has high electrical insulation strength, is resistant to leakage tracking and electrical corrosion, and ensures a safe distance inside the cabinet.
- Electric field optimization structure : Curved surface and stepped contour design, uniform electric field distribution, avoid local electric field concentration, and reduce the risk of insulation breakdown.
- Excellent mechanical strength : strong impact and bending resistance, can withstand short-circuit electrodynamics and mechanical vibration, and will not deform or crack during long-term operation.
- Weather and aging resistant : Resistant to high and low temperatures, moisture, and chemical corrosion; long service life in both outdoor and indoor environments; low maintenance cost.
- Easy installation : Standard mounting holes are provided to precisely match 35kV contact boxes and switch cabinets, allowing for quick assembly and replacement.
IV. Scope of Application
- Suitable for 35kV (40.5kV) armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (such as KYN61-40.5 type).
- As an insulating partition配套的隔离板 for contact box, it is used for phase-to-phase/phase-to-ground insulation isolation in areas such as circuit breaker compartment and busbar compartment inside the cabinet.
- It is suitable for power transmission and distribution systems in plateau areas with an altitude of ≤4000m.
- It can be used for new substations, power distribution rooms, and renovation projects of old equipment.
V. Usage Conditions
1. Environmental conditions
- Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +40℃ (can be extended to -40℃ ~ +120℃ under special operating conditions).
- Altitude: ≤4000m (above requires a customized reinforced version).
- Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90% (at 25℃).
- There is no violent vibration, impact or strong electromagnetic interference.
- There are no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases or dust, and the environment is free from condensation and mold.
2. Electrical conditions
- Rated frequency: 50Hz/60Hz.
- Operating voltage: not exceeding 40.5kV.
- It must not be subjected to power frequency/impulse overvoltages exceeding the design value for an extended period.
3. Installation Requirements
- Before installation, check the product’s appearance: ensure there are no defects such as cracks, bubbles, missing materials, or deformation.
- According to the switchgear drawings, it should be reliably fixed to the contact box and cabinet to ensure that the insulation gap meets the design specifications.
- Clean the surface after installation to prevent oil and dust from affecting the insulation performance.
- Regular inspections should be conducted during operation to check for surface creep marks, cracks, and loosening.
VI. Precautions
- It is strictly forbidden to use the product under conditions exceeding its rated voltage or altitude.
- Avoid mechanical impacts and scratches to prevent a decrease in insulation performance.
- During transportation and storage, protect them from moisture, sunlight, and heavy pressure; stacking height should not exceed 5 layers.
- If obvious traces of electrical creep, cracks, or breakdowns are found on the surface, the machine should be stopped immediately and the parts replaced.
- This product is an insulating component and should not be used as a load-bearing structure.
