The CH3-24kV/185 630A medium-voltage switchgear contact box (with shielding) adopts an epoxy resin APG pressure gel molding structure. It is a dedicated insulation connection device for 24kV-class handcart-type medium-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used in 24kV-class handcart-type medium-voltage switchgear, playing the roles of insulation isolation, connection transition and shielding protection. It can provide effective insulation protection for the contacts inside the switchgear, adapt to power scenarios with conventional current transmission, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.

III. Scope of Application
This contact box is suitable for 24KV level handcart-type medium-voltage switchgear, and is commonly used in power distribution systems, industrial substations, high-rise building power distribution rooms, industrial and mining enterprise power distribution systems and other power facilities. As an insulation protection and connection transition component for the internal contacts of the switchgear, it provides reliable insulation protection for the switching and isolation of high-voltage circuits, and is suitable for the power transmission requirements of conventional current. The shielded version can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference.
IV. Usage Conditions
1. The altitude at which the installation is performed must not exceed 1000 meters;
2. The ambient air temperature is 5℃ to +40℃, and the relative humidity at 20℃ does not exceed 85%.
3. The installation site should be free from gases, vapors, dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that could seriously affect the insulation performance of the contact box;
4. It should be installed in a location free from severe vibration and impact to ensure the structural stability of the product;
5. Suitable for indoor installation and compatible with standard support bracket installation methods.
