I. Product Overview

The CH double-pass contact box is an insulation connection device specifically designed for high-voltage switchgear. It adopts an epoxy resin APG pressure gel molding structure and is mainly used in switchgear of high-voltage power distribution systems to realize the connection transition and insulation isolation of bidirectional electrical circuits. It provides reliable insulation protection for the switching and connection of high-voltage circuits, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.

This double-pass contact box is suitable for high-voltage power distribution equipment such as handcart-type switchgear and medium-voltage switchgear of 35KV-40.5KV level. It is commonly found in power facilities such as industrial substations, power distribution rooms of large high-rise buildings, and power dispatch centers. As an insulating transition component for bidirectional connection of high-voltage circuits, it realizes reliable connection and insulation isolation between two electrical circuits.

1. The altitude at which the installation is performed must not exceed 1000 meters;

2. The ambient air temperature is -40℃ to +70℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95% (at 25℃);

3. The installation site should be free from gases, vapors, dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that could seriously affect the insulation performance of the contact box;

4. It should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact to ensure the structural stability of the product.

1. Excellent insulation performance : It is molded with epoxy resin APG process, which has good insulation and sealing performance, effectively isolates high voltage circuits, prevents external dust and moisture from entering, and ensures the reliability of electrical connections.
