I. Product Overview
The JY NZ-35 (40.5)-□ 35kV inner cone plug-in terminal is a detachable cable terminal specifically designed for 35kV (Um=40.5kV) high-voltage power distribution systems. It features an inner cone plug-in structure and can be directly used with #1/#2/#3 inner cone insulated sockets. This enables insulation isolation, conductive connection, and sealing protection between cables and power distribution equipment (switchgear, ring main units, prefabricated substations). No on-site gas or insulating oil treatment is required. It is easy to install and highly efficient to maintain, making it a key component in constructing detachable cable interfaces for high-voltage power distribution systems.
II. Product Characteristics
1. Electrical and insulation properties
- Made of high-purity silicone rubber through integral injection molding, it is seamless and air-gap free, with excellent insulation performance. It can withstand the rated voltage of 35kV system and short-time overvoltage, and meet the operating requirements of the maximum working voltage of 40.5kV. It has sufficient insulation margin and partial discharge ≤10pC (1.5U₀).
- With a built-in electric field optimization structure and stress control layer, the electric field is evenly distributed, effectively suppressing partial discharge. There is no risk of electrolytic corrosion or breakdown during long-term operation, and the insulation performance is stable and reliable.
- Built-in copper/aluminum conductive inserts provide excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and the ability to carry rated current of the corresponding current rating. They also generate little heat during long-term operation and have strong corrosion and oxidation resistance.
- The insulating surface is treated with a special process, resulting in high surface resistivity and strong hydrophobicity. This effectively prevents surface flashover caused by condensation and dirt, improving insulation reliability in harsh environments.
2. Structural and Safety Features
- The standardized internal cone plug-in interface design strictly complies with GB/T 12706 and IEC 60840 standards, and is interchangeable with 1#/2#/3# internal cone insulated sockets, with strong compatibility and adaptability to different specifications of power distribution equipment interfaces.
- With its integrated structural design, the front end features an inner cone interface, while the rear end is a cable connection terminal. During installation, it can be directly inserted into the matching socket without the need for additional tools, making on-site installation convenient and significantly shortening the construction cycle.
- The design prevents mis-insertion and incorrect connection. The interface size is uniquely matched and can only be used with sockets of the corresponding specifications, preventing the use of accessories of different specifications. It has a built-in positioning and locking structure to prevent loosening and falling off after installation.
- With a fully insulated, touchable structure and high outer insulation strength, the outer casing can be directly touched during operation without the risk of electric shock, ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel.
3. Environmental and Weather Resistance
- It has excellent weather resistance and can adapt to a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +90℃. The elasticity and insulation properties of the rubber do not decrease under high and low temperatures, and there is no risk of cracking or embrittlement. It is suitable for various outdoor and indoor scenarios.
- Moisture-proof, waterproof, stain-proof, and salt spray-proof, with an IP67 protection rating, it can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as humid, dusty, and salt spray conditions, and is not afraid of rain or condensation.
- It is resistant to aging, ultraviolet rays, and ozone corrosion, with a service life of over 30 years. It requires no maintenance and reduces subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
4. Mechanical and Adaptation Characteristics
- It has high mechanical strength, is impact and vibration resistant, and can withstand mechanical stress during transportation, installation and operation without deformation or damage risk. Its seismic resistance level reaches level 8.
- Available in three sizes: #1, #2, and #3, suitable for power distribution equipment and cables of different voltage and current levels, offering strong versatility.
- The modular design allows for individual plug-and-play replacement, enabling accessory maintenance without power outages, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing power outage losses.
