A caixa de contatos CH3-24kV/225 630-1600A para aparelhagem de manobra isolada a vácuo extraível montada centralmente é fabricado utilizando um processo de resina epóxi APG (Gelificação Automática por Pressão) com uma estrutura de moldagem por gelificação sob pressão. É um dispositivo de conexão isolante dedicado para extraíveis tipo caminhão da classe de 24kV switchgear, aplicado principalmente em instalações de painéis de manobra extraíveis montados centralmente da classe de 24kV. O dispositivo desempenha as funções de isolamento isolante e transição de conexão, proporcionando proteção de isolamento eficaz para os contatos internos do painel de manobra. É adequado para aplicações de transmissão de energia de corrente média, garantindo a operação segura e estável dos sistemas de energia elétrica.

Escopo de Aplicação

This contact box is applicable to 24kV class truck-type withdrawable switchgear and is commonly found in power distribution systems, industrial substations, high-rise building distribution rooms, mining and industrial enterprise distribution systems, and similar electrical installations. It functions as an insulation protection and connection transition component for internal switchgear contacts, providing reliable insulation assurance for the switching and isolation of high-voltage circuits, and accommodating medium-current power transmission requirements.

A altitude de instalação não deve exceder 1000 m acima do nível do mar;

Ambient air temperature: -10°C to +40°C; relative humidity shall not exceed 95% at 20°C;

The installation site shall be free from gases, vapors, dust, and other explosive or corrosive media that could significantly degrade the insulation performance of the contact box;

The device shall be installed in locations free from severe vibration and mechanical shock, to ensure structural integrity of the product;
