1. 电气和接地性能

• 主体为一体注塑成型 高纯度三元乙丙橡胶 无缝隙、无气隙，绝缘性能优异，可承受15kV系统的额定电压和短时过电压，满足10kV系统最高运行电压17.5kV的运行要求，并具有足够的绝缘裕度。
• 内置铜导电触点和专用接地电缆，导电性能优异，能有效承载故障电流，实现可靠接地，接地电阻低，可快速释放线路中的残余电荷和故障电流。
• 该电缆采用阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆，具有优良的绝缘性能，机械强度高，能承受频繁的弯曲和拉伸，长期运行无老化或开裂风险。
• 全密封结构设计和IP67防护等级可防止湿气和灰尘侵入，避免接地回路因湿气和污垢堆积而导致性能下降。

IV. Scope of Application

1. Applicable voltage levels 10kV~15kV 交流中压配电系统，兼容设备套管接口，最高工作电压为17.5kV。
2. 适用设备场景 :
3. 15kV环网柜、预装式变电站、电缆分支箱、美式预装式变电站等配电设备的套管接口，在进行线路维护和设备检修时，可作为临时接地保护。
4. 在电缆线路维护期间，应将电缆终端接口接地以释放残余电荷。
5. 城市配电线路的运行维护接地、工矿企业配电系统的接地、新能源（光伏/风电）升压站的配电接口接地；
6. 室内/外配电房、地下管廊、电缆隧道等多种场景下的设备接口接地保护。

VI. Installation and Maintenance

1. Installation Requirements

• 安装前，请检查产品外观是否有裂纹、损伤、气泡，绝缘表面是否完好；检查接地线是否完好、无损伤、无老化，所有附件是否齐全。
• 清洁设备套管插座接口表面，清除油污、灰尘和异物，确保接口干燥清洁。
• 在接地肘管接口内壁均匀涂抹专用的硅脂润滑剂，以避免安装过程中损坏绝缘层。
• Slowly push the grounding elbow into the bushing socket interface to ensure it is fully in place and lock the positioning structure; reliably connect the end of the grounding cable to the grounding grid, with a grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
• 安装后，检查接地回路的连续性，确保接地可靠且无接触不良。

2. Maintenance Requirements

• 定期检查接地弯头的外观；检查是否有裂纹、放电痕迹和污垢堆积；确保接地电缆完好无损、无老化且连接牢固。
• 定期测试接地回路的连续性和电阻，以确保其性能符合要求并及时发现潜在故障。
• 清洁接地肘的表面，清除灰尘和污垢，保持绝缘表面干燥清洁，避免油污和化学品腐蚀。
• 如果接地弯头或接地电缆出现裂纹、损坏、老化或导电不良等任何异常情况，应立即停止使用并更换。严禁带缺陷运行。
• 接地肘的插拔操作必须使用专用绝缘工具进行。严禁徒手操作带电接口。操作过程中必须严格遵守配电安全规程。

VII. Precautions

1. 产品必须由具备中压配电工程资质的专业电工进行安装、调试和维护。严禁非专业人员操作。
2. 产品必须配合相应规格的设备衬套插座使用，严禁使用不同电压等级或不同电流等级的接口，否则将导致绝缘失效和安全事故。
3. 未经授权，严禁拆卸或改装接地弯头，否则将失去保修和安全保障。严禁使用非专用工具强制安装或拆卸。
4. The grounding cable must be reliably connected to the grounding grid with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω. Otherwise, it will be unable to effectively release residual charge and fault current, posing a serious safety hazard.
5. 存放时应置于干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中，避免阳光直射、高温、潮湿及重压。严禁与尖锐物品接触，以免损坏绝缘层及电缆。
6. 在带电插拔接地肘时，必须严格遵守电力分配安全规定，采取安全预防措施，严禁擅自操作。
