V. Usage Conditions

VI. Installation and Maintenance

1. Installation Requirements

• 安装前，请检查产品外观是否有裂纹、损伤、气泡，绝缘表面是否完好；检查接地引线是否完好无锈蚀，所有附件是否齐全。
• 清洁设备套管插座接口表面，清除油污、灰尘和异物，确保接口干燥清洁。
• 在氧化锌避雷器接口内壁均匀涂抹专用的硅脂润滑剂，以避免在安装过程中损坏绝缘层。
• Slowly push the surge arrester into the bushing socket interface to ensure it is fully in place and lock the positioning structure; connect the grounding lead to the grounding grid, with a grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
• 安装完成后，应进行绝缘电阻和直流参考电压测试。测试合格后方可投入运行。

2. Maintenance Requirements

• 定期检查避雷器的外观，检查是否有裂纹、放电痕迹和污垢积聚，并确保接地引线连接牢固，无松动。
• 定期测试绝缘电阻、直流参考电压和漏电流，以确保性能符合要求并及时发现潜在故障。
• 清洁浪涌保护器的表面，清除积聚的灰尘和污垢，保持绝缘表面干燥清洁，避免油污和化学品腐蚀。
• 如果避雷器出现裂纹、损坏、放电或漏流过大等异常情况，应立即停运并更换。严禁带缺陷运行避雷器。
• 插拔避雷器时必须使用专用绝缘工具。严禁徒手操作带电的避雷器。操作时必须严格遵守配电安全规程。

VII. Precautions

1. 产品必须由具备中压配电工程资质的专业电工进行安装、调试和维护。严禁非专业人员操作。
2. 产品必须配合相应规格的设备衬套插座使用，严禁使用不同电压等级或不同电流等级的接口，否则将导致绝缘失效和安全事故。
3. 未经授权不得拆卸或改装浪涌保护器，否则将失去保修和安全保障。严禁使用非专用工具强制安装或拆卸浪涌保护器。
4. The grounding of the surge arrester must be reliable, with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω; otherwise, it will affect the lightning protection effect and may even cause a safety accident.
5. 储存时，应置于干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中，避免阳光直射、高温、潮湿及重压。严禁与可能损坏绝缘层的尖锐物品接触。
6. 操作带电的浪涌保护器时，必须严格遵守电力安全规程，采取适当的安全防护措施，并严禁任何未经授权的操作。
