1. Electrical and insulation properties

• 由...制成 高纯度三元乙丙橡胶 通过整体注塑成型，无接缝或气隙，绝缘性能优异，可承受15kV系统的额定电压和短时过电压，满足10kV系统最大运行电压17.5kV的运行要求，并具有足够的绝缘裕度。

IV. Scope of Application

1. Applicable voltage levels 10kV~15kV 交流中压配电系统，兼容设备套管接口，最高工作电压为17.5kV。

V. Usage Conditions

• Environmental conditions: No corrosive gases, no flammable or explosive media, no severe vibration or impact;
• 安装方式：兼容标准设备套筒接口，可水平或垂直安装。安装空间必须满足附件的操作要求。

VI. Installation and Maintenance

1. Installation Requirements

• 安装前，请检查产品外观是否有裂纹、损伤、气泡，绝缘表面是否完好；检查接地引线是否完好无锈蚀，所有附件是否齐全。
• 清洁设备套管接口表面，清除油污、灰尘和异物，确保接口干燥洁净。
• 在衬套接头的内壁均匀涂抹特种硅脂润滑剂，以避免安装过程中损坏绝缘层。
• 慢慢推 连接器 into the equipment sleeve interface to ensure it is fully in place, lock the positioning structure, and connect the grounding lead to the grounding grid. The grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω.
• After installation, insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage tests are conducted. Only after passing these tests can the equipment be put into operation.

2. Maintenance Requirements

• 定期检查连接器的外观，确保没有裂纹、放电痕迹或污垢堆积，并且接地线连接牢固，没有松动。
• 定期测试绝缘电阻，以确保其性能符合要求并及时发现潜在故障。
• 清洁连接器表面，清除灰尘和污垢，并保持绝缘表面干燥清洁，以避免油污和化学品腐蚀。
• 如果连接器出现裂纹、损坏、放电或过热等任何异常情况，必须立即停止使用并更换。严禁带缺陷运行。
• 插拔附件（如弯头、避雷器）时，必须使用专用绝缘工具。严禁徒手操作带电接头。操作时必须严格遵守电力安全规程。

VII. Precautions

1. 产品必须由具备中压配电工程资质的专业电工进行安装、调试和维护。严禁非专业人员操作。
2. 产品必须与配套的设备套管、肘型电缆接头、避雷器等规格相匹配使用，严禁使用不匹配规格的接口，否则将导致绝缘失效和安全事故。
3. 未经授权，严禁拆卸或改装连接器，否则将失去保修和安全保证。严禁使用非专用工具强行安装或拆卸连接器。
4. 储存时，应置于干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中，避免阳光直射、高温、潮湿及重压。严禁与可能损坏绝缘层的尖锐物品接触。
5. 在带电操作附件时，必须严格遵守电力分配安全规定，采取适当的安全预防措施，并严禁任何未经授权的操作。
