VI. Installation and Maintenance

1. Installation Requirements

• 安装前，请检查产品外观是否有裂纹、损坏、气泡，绝缘表面是否完好；检查导电端子和密封件是否完好，无锈蚀、老化。
• 清洁设备套管接口表面，清除油污、灰尘和异物，确保接口干燥洁净。
• Install the bushing seat to the equipment bushing interface, ensuring proper installation, lock the fixed structure, and connect the grounding terminal to the grounding grid. The grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω.
• 将专用硅脂润滑剂均匀涂抹在套筒座接口内壁，然后安装配套的弯头、套筒接头等附件，确保附件安装到位并锁紧防脱装置。
• After installation, insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage tests are conducted. Only after passing these tests can the equipment be put into operation.

2. Maintenance Requirements

• 定期检查衬套插座的外观；检查是否有裂纹、放电痕迹和污垢堆积；确保接地端子连接牢固，无松动；并确保密封件无老化或损坏。
• 定期测试绝缘电阻，以确保其性能符合要求并及时发现潜在故障。
• 清洁衬套插座表面，清除积尘污垢，保持绝缘表面干燥清洁，避免油污和化学品腐蚀。
• 如果衬套座或其附件出现裂纹、损坏、放电或过热等异常情况，请立即停止使用并更换。严禁带缺陷运行。
• 插拔附件时必须使用专用绝缘工具。严禁徒手操作带电连接器。操作过程中必须严格遵守配电安全规程。

VII. Precautions

1. 产品必须由具备中压配电工程资质的专业电工进行安装、调试和维护。严禁非专业人员操作。
2. 产品必须配合相应规格的设备套管和电缆附件使用。严禁使用不同电压等级或电流等级的附件，否则将导致绝缘失效和安全事故。
3. 未经授权不得拆卸或改装套筒，否则将失去保修和安全保障。严禁使用非专用工具强行安装或拆卸附件。
4. 储存时，应置于干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中，避免阳光直射、高温、潮湿及重压。严禁与可能损坏绝缘层的尖锐物品接触。
5. 在带电操作附件时，必须严格遵守电力分配安全规定，采取适当的安全预防措施，并严禁任何未经授权的操作。
