1. Electrical and insulation properties

• 它采用内置铜导电元件，导电性优异，接触电阻低，输入端可承载额定电流600A，输出端兼容200A接口。长期运行发热量小，耐腐蚀、抗氧化性强。
• 它配备了内置的黄绿双色接地引线，可实现可靠接地，有效释放故障电流和感应电压，提高系统安全性。

VI. Installation and Maintenance

1. Installation Requirements

• 安装前，请检查产品外观是否有裂纹、损伤、气泡，绝缘表面是否完好；检查接地引线是否完好无锈蚀，所有附件是否齐全。
• 清洁设备600A套管接口表面，清除油污、灰尘及异物，确保接口干燥洁净。
• 在转换器输入端内壁均匀涂抹专用的硅脂润滑剂，以避免安装过程中损坏绝缘层。
• Slowly push the adapter into the equipment sleeve interface to ensure it is fully in place and lock the positioning structure; connect the grounding lead to the grounding grid, with a grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
• 将转换器的输出端连接到相应的200A肘形电缆。 连接器浪涌保护器、绝缘帽及其他附件，确保附件安装到位并锁定防脱装置。
• After installation, insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage tests are conducted. Only after passing these tests can the equipment be put into operation.

2. Maintenance Requirements

• 定期检查适配器的外观；检查是否有裂纹、放电痕迹和污垢堆积。确保接地线和两端的连接牢固，没有松动。
• 定期测试绝缘电阻，以确保其性能符合要求并及时发现潜在故障。
• 清洁适配器表面，清除灰尘和污垢，并保持绝缘表面干燥清洁，以避免油污和化学品腐蚀。
• 如果转换器或其附件出现裂纹、损坏、放电或过热等异常情况，请立即停止使用并更换。严禁在故障状态下操作。
• 插拔附件时必须使用专用绝缘工具。严禁徒手操作带电接口。操作过程中必须严格遵守电力分配安全规定。

VII. Precautions

1. 产品必须由具备中压配电工程资质的专业电工进行安装、调试和维护。严禁非专业人员操作。
2. 产品必须配合相应规格的美式设备套管和200A电缆附件使用。严禁使用电压或电流额定值不同的接口，否则将导致绝缘失效和安全事故。
3. 未经授权，严禁拆卸或改装适配器，否则将失去保修和安全保障。严禁使用非专用工具强制安装或拆卸。
4. 转换器输出端子只能连接额定电流为 200A 的附件。严禁连接额定电流为 600A 的附件，否则将导致设备过载损坏。
5. 储存时，应置于干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中，避免阳光直射、高温、潮湿及重压。严禁与可能损坏绝缘层的尖锐物品接触。
6. 在带电操作附件时，必须严格遵守电力分配安全规定，采取适当的安全预防措施，并严禁任何未经授权的操作。
