安装与维护
安装要求
- Pre-installation inspection:
检查电流互感器，确认环氧树脂本体无裂纹、气泡、机械损伤及其他可见缺陷。检查所有端子和相序标记是否清晰，以及所供附件是否齐全。验证型号、电流比、准确度等级以及短时热稳定和动稳定电流额定值是否满足系统设计要求。 - Mounting:
将变压器放置在环网柜内指定位置，并用螺栓穿过安装孔将其固定。确保变压器安装牢固，无松动或移位。安装表面应保持水平，以避免机械应力不均。 - 主母线安装：
将三根高压母线穿过标记为 A、B 和 C 的相应孔。确保每根母线都居中在其孔内，并且不接触孔壁。避免刮伤或损坏孔内绝缘表面。 - Secondary-side connection:

维护要求
- Regularly inspect the epoxy resin body for cracks, mechanical damage, discharge marks, and contamination.

- Prevent oil and corrosive substances from contacting the epoxy resin body.

注意事项
- 二次绕组在初级电路通电时绝不能开路。开路的二次电路可能会产生数千伏的危险过电压，对设备和人员造成严重风险。
- 维护期间，二次回路在断开前必须牢固短接并接地。
- 运输和安装过程中，避免与环氧树脂本体及母线孔发生碰撞或接触。
- 安装高压母线时，请勿刮伤孔内的绝缘表面。
- 将 A、B、C 相母线穿过其对应的标记孔。
- 每根汇流排应同心地置于其孔内，且不得接触孔壁。
- 防止母线移动或振动导致与孔壁反复接触，这可能会损坏绝缘并造成放电或短路的风险。
- 设备必须可靠接地。接地端子必须牢固连接到环网柜接地汇流排。
- Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and shaded environment. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, moisture, compression, and mechanical impact.
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance must be carried out by qualified electrical personnel in accordance with applicable electrical safety procedures.
