Installation and Operating Requirements
安装要求
- Pre-installation inspection: Confirm that the sensor is free from cracks, damage, bubbles, and deformation. Verify that the model, dimensions, and mounting-hole spacing match the switchgear.
- Mounting: Secure the sensor with bolts and ensure that it is firmly connected to the switchgear enclosure and high-voltage busbar.
- Wiring: Connect the secondary terminal securely to the voltage presence indicator. Ensure that all insulation wrapping and terminal protection are complete.
- Secondary circuit insulation resistance: ≥100 MΩ.
- Electrical clearance: After installation, confirm that the clearances and creepage distances between live parts, the switchgear enclosure, and grounded structures meet the requirements of the 10 kV system.
Operating Requirements
- The sensor must be used with a qualified high-voltage presence indicator and must not be operated independently.
- Installation, removal, or maintenance while the sensor is energized is strictly prohibited.
- Regularly inspect the sensor body and wiring for looseness, damage, contamination, or discharge marks.
- If cracking, discharge, insulation breakdown, or other abnormalities occur, immediately de-energize the equipment and replace the sensor.

- Routine inspection: Inspect the sensor monthly for cracks, discharge marks, contamination, and loose wiring.
- Periodic testing: Conduct insulation resistance and power-frequency withstand voltage tests every one to three years. Continue operation only after the test results are confirmed as acceptable.
- Cleaning: Clean the sensor surface using a dry cloth. Do not use wet cloths or corrosive cleaning agents.
- Storage: Store the product indoors in a dry, ventilated environment free from corrosive gases. Protect it from direct sunlight, compression, and impact.
