Rated voltage of 24kV; power-frequency wet withstand voltage (1 min) ≥36kV; lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) ≥75kV; meets insulation requirements for high-voltage equipment operation.
Excellent insulation performance with an insulation resistance ≥500MΩ (tested via 2500V megohmmeter); effectively resists flashover and breakdown, ensuring operational safety.
Epoxy resin material offers superior dielectric properties, resisting insulation aging and performance degradation during long-term operation.

安装与维护
安装要求
安装前检查：检查衬套外部是否有裂纹、损坏或空隙，法兰面是否平整，尺寸是否符合安装要求。
孔径适配：开关柜隔板的开口必须与125×125毫米的法兰匹配，并预先钻好螺栓孔位。
安装与固定：将衬套插入隔板，并用螺栓固定法兰，确保紧密贴合，无间隙，无松动。
母线安装：将母线穿过套管的内孔，保持母线与内孔壁之间的均匀间隙，以避免局部应力集中。
间隙要求：安装后，请检查套管两端带电部件与接地部件之间的安全间隙是否符合10kV系统要求。
维护要求
例行检查：定期检查衬套表面是否有污垢堆积、放电痕迹和裂纹，并检查法兰是否松动。
清洁与维护：用干燥的软布清洁表面污垢。严禁使用腐蚀性清洁剂，以免损坏绝缘体。
定期测试：按照电气设备预防性试验标准规定的时间间隔，进行绝缘电阻和工频耐压试验，以确保持续合规。
更换标准：绝缘击穿、严重表面放电或机械开裂时，应立即更换。
注意事项
严禁在额定电压以上或超出规定环境条件进行操作，以防止绝缘损坏。
所有安装和维护工作必须严格遵守高压电气安全规程，并且必须在设备断电的情况下进行。
运输和储存过程中，请注意防撞、防压，以免损坏绝缘体；请储存于干燥、通风的环境中。
本产品仅供室内使用；禁止在室外暴露环境直接使用（室外额定版本需定制）。
严禁在安装过程中敲击或强行安装衬套，以免造成内部微裂纹。
