Product Overview
The TG1-10Q/210 (125×125) Bushing is an indoor high-voltage epoxy resin wall bushing manufactured as an integrated structure using the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process.
It is designed for 10 kV medium-voltage distribution systems and is used where conductive busbars pass through switchgear partitions, walls, or other grounded structures. The product provides electrical insulation, mechanical support, and secure busbar connection.
It is widely used in withdrawable switchgear, ring main units, and other complete power distribution equipment.
Product Features
Excellent Insulation Performance
The bushing is manufactured from high-purity epoxy resin as a one-piece structure without internal bubbles or visible defects.
It provides excellent dielectric strength and corona resistance and can withstand the long-term operating voltage of a 10 kV system, meeting the insulation requirements of medium-voltage electrical equipment.
High Mechanical Strength
The rigid integrated structure provides reliable resistance to impact, vibration, cracking, and deformation.
It can withstand busbar installation stress and mechanical loads generated during equipment operation.
Strong Environmental Adaptability
The product offers good resistance to contamination, moisture, and ageing. It can operate reliably for long periods under normal indoor conditions.
No special maintenance is required. Periodic cleaning of surface contamination is normally sufficient.
Advanced Manufacturing and Structural Design
The APG pressure gelation process produces a dense internal structure and stable product performance.
The shed structure increases the creepage distance and improves the insulation margin. The square flange is designed to match standard switchgear mounting openings, making installation convenient and reliable.
Safe and Reliable
The flame-retardant material does not support flame propagation or release harmful gases under normal specified conditions.
The product complies with applicable fire-safety requirements for electrical equipment and has passed recognized testing and inspection procedures.

Installation and Maintenance
Installation Requirements
- Pre-installation inspection: Confirm that the bushing is free from cracks, damage, bubbles, and other visible defects. Check that the flange is flat and that all dimensions meet the installation requirements.
- Mounting opening: The switchgear partition opening must match the 125 × 125 mm flange dimensions, with suitable mounting holes reserved for the fastening bolts.
- Installation and fastening: Insert the bushing through the partition and secure the flange with bolts. Ensure that the flange fits closely against the mounting surface without looseness.
- Busbar installation: Pass the busbar through the inner opening and maintain an even clearance between the busbar and the inner wall. Avoid localized mechanical stress.
- Electrical clearance: After installation, ensure that the safety distances between the live components at both ends of the bushing and grounded structures meet the requirements of the 10 kV system.
Maintenance Requirements
- Routine inspection: Regularly inspect the bushing for surface contamination, discharge marks, cracks, and loose flange connections.
- Cleaning: Clean the insulating surface with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents that may damage the insulation.
- Periodic testing: Conduct insulation resistance and power-frequency withstand voltage tests according to the preventive testing requirements for electrical equipment.
- Replacement conditions: Replace the bushing immediately if insulation breakdown, severe surface discharge, mechanical cracking, or other serious damage is found.
Precautions
- Do not use the product above its rated voltage or outside the specified environmental conditions, as this may cause insulation failure.
- Installation and maintenance must be carried out with the equipment de-energized and in strict accordance with high-voltage electrical safety procedures.
- Avoid impact, compression, and dropping during transportation and storage to prevent damage to the insulating body.
- Store the product in a dry and ventilated environment.
- The product is intended for indoor use only and must not be installed directly in exposed outdoor environments. A customized outdoor version is required for outdoor applications.
- Do not strike, force, or excessively compress the bushing during installation, as this may cause hidden internal cracks.
Quality Assurance
The product complies with applicable national standards and undergoes complete factory inspection before delivery. A quality inspection report can be provided.
The warranty period is subject to the terms agreed in the contract. After-sales support is provided for product quality issues occurring under normal operating conditions, excluding damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the specified conditions.
